FABRICATION OF LARGE AND HEAVY WELDED STEEL STRUCTURES
At our workshop, we fabricate steel frame structures for industry, buildings and bridges according to our customers’ needs and designs. We also fabricate the welded steel beams required for structures. We weld carbon, stainless and acid-resistant steel. We specialise in fabricating large and demanding steel beams and steel structures. Our workshop is 103 metres long and has a floor area of 3,000 m2. We have dozens of tonnes of hoisting capacity. The beams we fabricate could be, for example, I, WQ, HP or HQ beams.
Steel frames from design to installation
We fabricate steel halls and steel frames for a variety of applications, such as shopping centres, sports facilities and factory halls. If needed, we can take care of everything, from mechanical engineering designs and fabrication all the way to the installation of steel structures. We supply the customer with a complete frame for their building.
Automatic welding line
Our factory has an automatic welding line that welds large steel beams quickly and to a high standard of quality The welding line enables heavy steel beams to be made cost-efficiently in large batches.

Surface treatments according to our customers’ needs
We cooperate with our reliable partners. Certified surface treatment facilities perform the surface treatment of the products according to the customer's needs. Steel structures are available, for example, painted, hot dip galvanized or fire retardant painted. We offer you also all transports and special transports to Finland and the Nordic countries
Certified quality
Kiwa Inspecta has certified Labcor to fabricate welded structural steel assemblies and product systems in execution classes EXC1, EXC2 and EXC3. Our products are CE-marked conforming to the EN1090-1 standard and we perform NDT inspections in accordance with quality standards.
